- Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot Blend: Tiny and black, with a full and distinctive flavour, Cabernet Sauvignon is the great grape of Bordeaux. The lush, soft character of Merlot is the perfect foil for Cabernet’s intensity, resulting in a smooth red wine, warm with the fullness of ripe berries with a hint of oak.

- Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon: An appealing classic from Chile. Deep colour, full body and surprisingly soft finish. Berry scent and flavour, balanced by mellowing toasted oak. A friendly favourite.
- Grande Chateau: The intense aroma of this BIG red features a complex melange of ripe cherries, blackberries and bell peppers.
- Grande Shiraz: This massive wine bursts with ripe berries and bold layers of oak. It’s incredible rich, deep colour and full body explode with jammy, vibrant fruit.
- Lemberger: Originally of Austrian and German ancestry, Lemberger produces a wine noted for its deep, red colour and spicy-sweet, earthy flavour. A good backbone of tannin, hint of oak, makes it a robust, full-bodied wine.
- Meritage Rouge: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and a touch of Grenache. The abundant flavours are harmonized with French oak. Well balanced with good tannins. Lots of berry and plum notes and herbaceous aroma.
- Merlot: Merlot is a rich, red wine grape grown extensively in the Bordeaux region of France. This supple wine has a soft, full flavour delicately laced with oak to enhance its characteristic fruitiness.
- Montepulciano: Widely grown throughout Italy, this is a deep coloured, rich red wine with spicy, fruity flavours. It is smooth, mellow and possesses good aging.
- Pinot Noir: The Pinot Noir grape is responsible for all the great red wines of Burgundy. It produces a light to medium-bodied wine with a smooth, velvety texture. The wine is delicate, yet rich in complexity, with a warm, oaky flavour.
- Rosso Grand: Rosso Grande is in the style of Italy’s richest reds. An intense wine, it boasts a deep ruby-garnet colour and spicy oak aroma. Bursting with vibrant flavours of ripe berries and black cherries, Rosso Grande is a dry, powerful wine with finesse and elegance.
- Shiraz: Although native to the Rhône valley of France, this excellent grape is probably best-known for producing Australia’s finest red wines. Shiraz’s tiny grapes produce a rich, dark and robust wine, combining notes of warm berries, fresh pepper and oak.
- Valpolicella: This refreshing, lighter Italian-style red has a delicately fragrant and fruity bouquet and a rich texture. Valpolicella is the perfect picnic wine, and is especially good when served slightly chilled.
- Vieux Château du Roi: Vieux Château du Roi is made in the style of the best- known reds from the Rhône region. It is a classic, full-bodied red wine that is deep in colour, carrying a warm bouquet of ripe berry fruit nicely rounded with oak.
- Red Zinfandel: Grown in California for the past 130 years, this popular grape produces a medium to full-bodied red wine. It is soft sometimes spicy with a fruity, brambly characteristic and a hint of oak.
